The physical and chemical properties of cotton
There are a wide range of cotton fabrics, woven mainly by warp-and-weft 2×2,2×3,3×3,3×4,5×6,8×8 and 10×10, these various specifications products are applied widely most fields, such as chemicals, artificial food and other industries.
2. Products features:
(1) With strong hygroscopicity, moisture regain is 0.8-1.2^oC under standard conditions while lower when the relative humidity is 100% of the cases, therefore, it is changeable in the dry and wet state.
(2) With compactness, high strength, good elastic restoration, with the intensity of 2.52-4.28N/dex in normal temperature and the breaking elongation 20-30%.
(3) With good heat resistance under the temperature of 250-280^oC, alkali resistance but weak acid resistance.
